"Talbot is a wanted murder who kidnaps Mary, the daughter of multimillionaire General Ruthven, as a hostage. When a man named Jablonsky rescues the girl, he decides to make the General pay the ransom. Instead, Talbot and Jablonsky are both asked to do a job for the General and the unsavory characters he surrounds himself with, so they decide to remain. After Jablonsky is murdered, Talbot is taken to an oil rig, and told to help the General and his cronies retrieve gold and silver from the sea. "
