"Peter Branson kidnaps the President of United States, his General, the Mayor of San Fransisco, and a visiting Arab King and Prince who have come to sell oil, and holds them hostage on the Golden Gate Bridge. Revson, an FBI agent--disguised as a newspaper photographer covering the story--tries to thwart his plan and get them back before Branson takes all the money from the National Treasury in return for the safety of his hostages."
