Plot Summary of Tremors
"Marie Robb went to Europe to find herself and try and decide what she was going to do with her life. She thought she wanted to be a painter, but her controlling father kept trying to force her into marrying a wealthy man who would give her children and a white picket fence to live behind. There are times when Marie wished that she had listened to her father, such as when her Saab broke down on a deserted dirt road outside of the small town of Gothmoor, Sweden, leaving her stranded in the middle of nowhere with nothing but a pathway leading who knows where through the creepy trees. Marie starts trudging along the pathway and quickly realizes that someone is watching her. She tries to shake off the feeling, but she knows in her heart that it is Fredrik Sorebo, the mysteriously frightening man she had just met...

When Fredrik stepped out of the shadows, Marie blamed herself for listening to him and taking his version of a "shortcut." Unfortunately, both Marie and Fredrik knew that, lost and alone as she was, Marie had no choice but to accept Fredrik's offer of refuge in his mansion from the storm about to break. Terrified that he was going to rape her, she was even more frightened when Fredrik simply stated that it wouldn't be necessary - a statement that he shortly proved.

Brought to mind numbing pleasure over and over again, Marie has no idea what to do the next morning. Fredrik asks her to stay with him for seven days, naked and ready and open for his pleasure at anytime, anywhere, any position. Unbelievably, Marie agrees and finds herself falling in love with Fredrik, the lonely, tortured man who lives by himself. As the week draws to a close, Marie is tempted to stay with Fredrik and let him love her while she paints and revels in her body's freedom, but then she finds out about Sophie... "
