Kate, an idealisic HR rep has juse been forced by her boss (the evil woman) to fire the beloved dessert lady (Ida) from the execuitive dining room, all because she won't serve the evil woman's boyfriend another dessert. Kate frets over this but in the end fires Ida. Well Ida decided to sue for her job back. This means that Kate has to talk with lawyers (the evil woman's boyfriend's brother) who is drop dead gorgeous (Mitch).
The story follows office politics, how Kate fights with the evil woman, her feelings for Mitch, how Mitch loses her job for her and what happens after."
