| Plot Summary of Captain Jack's Woman |
"Kit and Captain Jack, both pretending to be smugglers and leading rival gangs, end up as lovers, when Jack discovers the young Kit is not a lad but a very sexually attractive woman.
Jack, who is really Lord Hendon, the High Commisoner of North Norfolk, is trying to break a spy ring and resists admitting to his new mistress (and later wife) the true nature of his "illegal" activities. "
