| Plot Summary of Shopaholic Takes Manhattan |
"In this sequel to "Confessions of A Shopaholic, the shopping-crazed Rebecca Bloomwood is back. She is carrying on a wonderful job in London, as a financial journalist. Becky tells everyone on the show how to take control of her finances, when to the contrary, she has NO CONTROL over her own!!
When her boyfriend Luke wants to venture into New York, he invites Becky to possibly see about moving there with him.
But when Becky gets there, with a $10,000 line of credit she newly acquired back home in London, her obsession with shopping takes full control of her. She spends all of her time in the shops in New York City, far overspending her limits."
