Plot Summary of Bellwether
"Sandra has worked for the HiTek corporation for years, researching fads and their relation to market trends. She feels as though she is close to making some kind of connection. But her efforts are usually spoiled either by the stifling corporate environment or her belligerent duct tape wearing assistant Flip.

After a long run of bad luck, Sandra finally finds herself working with a flock of sheep and a coworker studying chaos theory. While this may not seem to make sense at first, Sandra finds that there are endless similarities between the sheep and the trend mentality of people.

'Bellwether' is a bright, witty story about the general idiocy of consumers. It is easy to relate to both Sandra's amusement and frustration with her coworkers antics. A light and enjoyable read."
