Plot Summary of Crossfire Trail
"As the old cattleman lay dying, he reminded Rafe of his promise; Rafe must find the cattleman's wife and daughter and protect them. So Rafe sets out and his quest and finds the daughter, Ann Rodney, playing right into the hands of those who killed her father.
