| Plot Summary of The Light Bearer |
"The Light Bearer is an engaging novel about Auriane, a Germanic warrior and priestess during ancient Roman times. The Germanic tribes are trying to fight off the legions of the Roman empire, and Auriane is captured and forced into the gladiator arena, where she poses a threat to the emperor's power. Auriane also falls in love with the Roman politician Marcus Julianus, her enemy, and greatest ally."
