In London Katie Simpson is positive that her boyfriend Jake Carpenter is her Mr. Right until she finds him making love with Fishpants Fraser. Irate, Katie vows to play by the BLAB rule when it comes to relationships with the opposite sex for from now on she will behave like a bloke.

At work, Katie is the envy of the female zoo as the only male Aussie hunk The David goes out drinking with her. However, at his flat, she learns that the David is gay and more suited for her pal George. When David needs to marry to stay in England, he and George hit on Katie who agrees since she plans to be a spinster anyway, but draws the line on bearing a child for the gay couple. However as her wedding day comes closer, her childhood friend Sam becomes fixed in her heart, but he still sees her as a pain in the butt sister or does he?
