Plot Summary of Our Vietnam
"Our Vietnam is a detailed account of the U.S. role in Vietnam. A.J. Langguth puts readers in the front-row of the action from 1954-1975, introducing us to the major and minor characters in Southeast Asia, the Soviet Union and the United States. It starts with the end of the French occupation in Vietnam, details the growing U.S. involvement and deployment of troops and takes us through to end of the U.S. role in the conflict. "
