| Plot Summary of Child of Twilight |
"Young vampire-human hybrid Gillian, in a panic over the early onset of her adult powers and bloodlust, runs away from her mentor to the half-human father she has never known. Before they can get to know each other, she is captured by a folklorist who wants to study her. A female vampire "rescues" her, in order to use the girl to get revenge on Gillian's father (who killed the female vampire's brother in self-defense years ago). Gillian's father must find her before his enemy can corrupt the girl and turn her to the dark side. This is a sequel to DARK CHANGELING."
