| Plot Summary of Against the Wind |
"Leslie goes to Jordan's ranch to hide from a man who had tried to rape her and is now out to kill her. She doesn't want any attention from any man. She just wants to be left alone. Leslie also wants to feel safe and protected from the fear of the man who's looking for her will kill her if he finds her.
Leslie tries to fight the attraction she has for Jordan, but slowly she starts to feel more for her boss than she should.
From the very first page the book had me hooked. Jordan and Leslie's love was fast and swift. Jordan knew he was in love with Leslie at first and tried to control his feelings, but in the end he had make her understand how much he loved her. Plus he can protect her from her past if she would only tell him what the problem is in her life.
Leslie comimg from the horrible experience that she had. Couldn't understand how she could feel the way she did about Jordan. She tried to fight her feeling, but in the end they won out.
Don't make the mistake of not buying this book. It's worth every penny! A true interrracial romance.
