Team Wyatt consists of two expert sex therapists who provide a powerful look at the ten most common sexual patterns that incapacitate couples. Each of the top ten is treated separately in its own chapter. Readers will find insight on possible patterns that are hurting more than just their sexual encounters, but also their relationship. The book provides sound advice on the compatibility of partners, but though sex is the prime topic obviously, the material delves into each others' values, ethics, potential to care about the needs of someone else, and criticality of knowing yourself and to staying true to one's self.

Using statistics and anecdotal stories, the Wyatts furbish a solid reference book that is easy to follow, offers other references to further aid the individual, and includes two assignments to enable focusing on the ten Wyatt rules that will insure a more complete sexual life. This is a strong self help book not just for those who feel troubled, but anyone who wants to keep the spice in their relationships.
