| Plot Summary of 11th Hour |
"Julian Lloyd comes into the world of professional football with millions of dollars at stake. And in an early pre-season practice, he is injured so severely that his career is over before it even begins. The team owner isn't about to give up on his investment, though.
He contacts a local biotech firm specializing in the genetic engineering of human beings. Angelina Moore, a disgruntled scientist with Genetics Life, Inc. bands together with two of her associates, and together they perform an illegal genetic enhancement on Julian---he recovers from his injuries, and his abilities skyrocket. But there are side effects.
A rival corporation lusts for GLI's technology. In revenge for a past indiscretion, someone is seeking to bring down GLI, and will do anything to meet that end."
Jim, Resident Scholar
