Many people would rest on their laurels after making two incredible discoveries that substantiate much of the Old Testament, but not archeologist Adam Livingstone. Though acclaimed as the top in his field after locating Noah's Ark and pinpointing the Garden of Eden (see RIFT IN TIME), Adam has changed from an apathetic agnostic into a true believer. He feels he needs to prove that God's words are real. So he and his team are in Aksum, Ethiopia seeking proof that the Ark of the Covenant exists in the St. Mary's of Zion Cathedral's Sanctuary, but the endeavor fails.
The powerful Council of Twelve believes the opposite. They are concerned about Adam's recent discoveries and watch his every move in Ethiopia for obviously the Ark was allegedly kept there. They plan to do more than just take pictures of the Ark.
