| Plot Summary of Stranger in My Arms |
"Larissa Crossland is told the her husband, who supposedly drowned, is alive. There are doubts about the man claiming to be her husband, but he eventually takes his place as her husband and Hunter, Earl of Hawksworth. Lara is extremely wary of him because while Hunter was not abusive in the past, theirs was not a good marriage. Hunter, on the other hand, seems to have completely reformed - he has become kind and responsible. Before they come to terms with their relationship, they deal with homeless orphans, a brother-in-law abusing Lara's sister, and an uncle who stands to gain by proving the Earl in not who he says he is."
