"Benni discovers the body of an aquaintance. Her husband, the police chief is investigating, His son appears on the doorstep, followed by one of Benni's cousins; instant houseguests! Then Grandma Dove moves in after a fight with her sister! There's a storytelling festival going on and the murderer may be one of Benni's lifelong friends who may or may not be a storyteller. Why can't Benni keep her nose out of the crime? No one will let her! They assume that since she's the police chief's wife she knows everything! Benni tries to keep her nose clean but ends up smack in the middle anyway to solve the crime."
