| Plot Summary of Too Late to Love |
"A thirteen-year-old girl, Jenna, is very unhappy with her life living with her divorced mother and brothers. One morning her father calls from New Zealand, inviting her to stay with him for a few months. Jenna readily accepts. In NZ, her life rapidly improves, and then she meets Raven, one of her father's horses. The two instantly bond, and Dad gives Raven to Jenna for her birthday. Everything is wonderful until Raven is diagnosed with cancer. In the end, Raven dies, but all is not lost. The very special horse united Jenna's family, and she found meaning in her life."
