Each of the woman profiled has a singular chapter devoted to her life with much insight into their respective successes and failures. Many of the facts provided are commonly known but the author does yield some rare gems about each of the highly respected songstresses.
In addition to the fourteen mentioned above, the final chapter profiles "divas-in-training" Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, and Toni Braxton."
