Plot Summary of Hello Darlin'
"Larry Hagman, star of two of television's most memorable series ("I Dream of Jeannie" and "Dallas") has written an amusing "tell-all" about his most intriguing life in and out of the limelight. As the son of a Broadway legend (Mary Martin) and a Texas lawyer, Hagman has had to struggle to reach the levels of stardom he has attained. He tells, with wit and gentle humor, of his many years of "finding himself", both professionally and spiritually. Along the way, the reader meets the famous that have had an impact on the actor's success.   The author does not shy away from revealing his own foibles, telling about his addictions, his rehabilitations, and his surgeries."
Reginald D. Garrard, Resident Scholar
