Plot Summary of Tip of the Halo
"Nancy Sereda was found dead in the library of the Catholic School Board building in the town of St. Michael, Alberta. Nancy was head of the Department of Curriculum Services and a very powerful person at the board in a time of educational reform, restructuring, budget cuts, and job layoffs. Solving the crime is up to Staff Sargent Dan Laurenson and his team from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in this first novel by R. F. Darion. "
