| Plot Summary of Black Lightning |
"Glen Jeffers is a healthy man in his lower 40's, he runs daily and is a loving father.
One morning as always, he goes out for his morning run and is feeling great. He gets to work (He is an architect)and starts to the top of his newest and highest buildiing he feels queasy. He has never experienced fear of hights before so he tries to ignore it. The higher he goes the worse he feels.
Meanwhile Anne Jeffers (Glen's wife) is about to witnness an execution. A man named Richard Kraven was sentenced to die at exactly noon that day for commiting a large number of murders in Seattle and out in other states. Through the end he denied having anything to do with the crimes and asks to see Anne he dies. Why? Because Anne Jeffers is sure that Richard Kraven is guilty and she wrote enough reports on him to prove how strongly she felt. During the conversation Richard says "You may kill me, but the killings will continue." Utterly disturbed Anne leaves the Prison.
Further up the building Glen has a Heart attack. HE is brought down from the building and an ambulance is called. It's noon. He's been dead for about a minute and Richard Kraven dies. Richard wants so badly to live he inhabits Glen's body... Glen then decides that he has to much to live for to die so he also goes back into his body.
In mere days the murders start back up... just as Kraven had promised. However their are two types this time. One exactly as Kraven's were and one not nearly as neat.
Glen is experiencing frequent blackouts and is wandering if he's crazy... he's not, his mind is being controlled by Kraven when these blackouts happen. Anne is finding her husband taking up strange hobbies and acting oddly. When Kraven summons enough power to control the body for a long enough time he kidnaps Glen's childeren. The chase is on."

"Journalist Anne Jeffers is attending the execution of a serial killer. She has been following him before, during and after his capture. Now, she is to report the finality of his bloody trail. He has but one message for her. He tells her these serial murders will not end with his death. She is blown away as a murder indeed happens in her city just days after his execution. She again finds herself dangerously deep inside these murder investigations and is astonished as bit by bit the true meaning of his words become frightningly clear. "
