"We meet Perian, a young woman of Noble birth, who wants to be a warrior, but who is being forced to be heir to a throne. She accidentally saves one of the enemies of her country & in doing so, sets in motion the events leading to her reputation being soured, the salvation of her enemies' country, and her falling in love with the very enemy that she saved. She must fulfil her destiny, and it's a destiny that she never dreamed she would have to face."
