"In Washington state in 1910, Ginny Nolan runs away from home to escape her cruel stepbrother, who wants her to marry a man she despises. On the train to Seattle, she meets Virginia Hightower, who is around the same age and looks so alike, they could be twins. Virginia is heading for an arranged marriage to a man she has never met. "Ginny Nolan, a tempestuous young girl, realizes that her family is betraying her. Knowing that she must escape, she flees her home, and sets out on a journey to Seattle. On the train she finds a friend, Virginia Hightower. Discovering how much they are alike, they form a plan.
You see, Virginia is going to Seattle to marry a man she has never met. They believe it would be best if Virginia could meet Nicholas Bennet, before they marry.
But the plan dissolves when Nicholas Bennet appears on board, and he and Ginny light a fire of love, love that can never be put out.
However, when the avalanche occurs one icy night, love may no be enough to protect her."
