Atmosphere
A New York detective notices a trail of blood outside of his apartment building. He thinks about where this could lead when a naked individual comes screaming out of the ally and gets hit by a car. As he goes over to investigate the man's last word to him was atmosphere. People start showing up all of the place with missing genitalia and totally covered in blood.
