The Fifth Horseman Bio apocalypse looms. One man against multiheaded conspiracy in several nations, and megalomaniacal leader. Of course good triumphs. But cardboard cutout characters. Missed characterization opportunities. Pencil-whipped plot devices/escapes. Can't convert Celsius to Fahrenheit. Pretty bad for a scientist. Mediocre. Won't pursue his others....
