Dead Birds Don't Sing
Alex Masters is a former prostitute trying to go straight. When she goes to the bank to make a deposit for her employer she steps into a robbery and recognizes the culprits. She is shot by a stray bullet, and a fellow bank patron comes to her aid, attracting attention of the robbers. Alex is taken hostage and almost killed before the police come to the rescue.
