The Third Pandemic
A ficticious virus that has a high probability of becoming a reality is created by a biotech company in hopes of discovering a cure for it before it infects the entire world. Upon discovering that the company plans to purposely infect the world's population with the virus once the cure has been developed, the woman developer, Dr. Elaine Wilkes, steals the program for creating it. This triggers the chase to hunt her down and get back the secret.
