Plot Summary of The Dream Of The Broken Horses

David Weis is a police sketch artist who draws pictures of suspects after he interviews the witness. He is very good at his job and his work has led to the capture of some of the deadliest serial killer of our time. He is now working as a court room artist in the Midwest town of Calista, the place of his birth and formative growing up years.

When he has free time, he is trying to solve the twenty-six year old homicide of Barbara Fulraine, a high maintenance socialite and her lover, David's former gym teacher. David is obsessed with the case because his father was Barbara's psychiatrist and he committed suicide after his patient was murdered. David sketches and talks to all the parties connected with the case until he finally stirs up the anger of someone who wants to keep the past dead and buried along with a nosy artist.

The protagonist is a dark and stirring character who is driven by an internal compelling force to seek out the truth at any cost. The price includes finding out things about his father he'd rather not know. THE DREAM OF THE BROKEN HORSES is an erotic thriller that moves at brisk and a satisfying pace.
