Plot Summary of Absolute Zero - Bagthorpe Saga 2
"Uncle Parker wins a Caribbean cruise in a slogan-writing competition, and the whole Bagthorpe family goes crazy (well, crazier than usual). Everyone becomes caught up in a competition-entering craze; even Jack has a shot at it, though naturally the others doubt he has a chance to win. But when Jack's dog Zero turns out to be the biggest Competition winner, things go from mad to worse in the family. And then 4-year-old Daisy develops her own obsession, this time with water. Although this is the second book in the Bagthorpe Saga, it stands alone, and can be read first. It's definitely the funniest of the series."
