"    This is the epic tale of Redwall's most legendary hero and founder. As a young mouse, Martin is captured by Badrang the Tyrant, an evil stoat. Even more unforgivable, he has killed many and stolen Martin's father's battle sword. Enduring enough of the Tyrant's evil ways, he gets into a fight with the guards and Badrang himself. Escaping the horrifying death sentence by two spies, Rose the mouse and Grumm the mole, he is thrown into a pit with two others.
    Although trying to escape was not his only plan, he must free all the prisoners and with the help of his friends Felldoh, Brome, Rose, and Grumm, he gathers a massive army. The battle of Marshank begins as Martin's force gathers... "
