| Plot Summary of Knight of Fire |
"This book begins at the end...with the heroine, Allora, on the verge of being burned at the stake. Then we go back two years in time. This tale takes place during the 11th century. Allora is the princess of an isle on the border between England & Scotland. Her Scottish uncle is being held in London after a failed rebellion. William the Conqueror orders Allora to marry Bret D'Anlou, a Norman knight, as a condition of release for her uncle Robert. The book revolves around Allora's struggle to reconcile her strong feelings for Bret and her lifelong hatred of anything Norman, along with her uncles pledge to regain control of the Far Isle."
