Plot Summary of Quicksilver
"A precisley timed Special Forces Team breaks into the Pentagon and manages to hold it hostage. It is thought that it was a target because of the possible political hostages, but the government soon finds out that it was for its' most secret weapon. Quicksilver is the weapon, something that can make even nuclear weapons obselete."
