Lucy Stone, homemaker and self-professed detective, juggles motherhood and preparing for the Tinkers Cove Halloween Festival when an arsonist terrorizes the small coastal town and claims the life of Lucy's dear friend. Lucy once again sets out to see that justice is served, never knowing how dangerous her adventure will become.
