" In this wonderful novel, Nellie Grayson, a sweet, slightly overweight young lady, spends her time toiling in her younger sister's shadow. Yet despite her shyness, and her desire to cater to her sister's happiness, Nellie finds herself the focus of Jace Montgomery's attention. But as happy as they both may be, there are forces working against Nellie and Jace. Nellie's younger sister, Terel, is insanely jealous of her sister's good fortune. And Nellie's fairy godmother, Berni, seems to do her more ill than good.
Jude Deveraux developed rich and endearing characters, and a plot that keeps one reading for hours and hours.
