Plot Summary of The Procon Conspiracy
"Concerned about his rapid decline in the polls, an eccentric U. S. President approves an illegal plan to trade military weapons to a terrorist nation. Assuming the trade will thaw the icy relations between the two governments, the President has two objectives: the freeing of American hostages in Lebanon, and raising needed funds to support a guerilla war in Central America."
