| Plot Summary of John Wimber: The Way It Was |
""Signs and Wimbers" was the joke amongst the established church. How could an untrained preacher, a jazz musician who produced albums for the Righteous Brothers, become a major power in world evangelism? But Fuller Seminary 'Missions Class 510: Signs and Wonders and Church Growth' was to become one of only two seminary (any seminary) courses which have become famous. John's wife, Carol, tells the story of his remarkable life in down to earth style from his childhood to his death in 1997. When asked "How do you explain the miracles [healings] or the power and authority you have?", he replied, "I've been reading this book - it's all in here!""
