"Margaux is a popular beautiful girl that kind every guy wants to date. However, she keeps a secret. She might be living a teenagers dream at school but at home her life is miserable. Her mother sits watching the shopping channel all day and her father is a professional gambler.
Margaux keeps lets no one in on her secret life because of her sarcasm and witty inteligence. That is until she meets Danny, a social outcast. The two form an unlikely bond witch they let each other in on their secret family problems. Together they escape their problems by checking up on dogs that people have adopted at the humane shelter.
Margaux learns that Danny is not so bad and that she can actually be herself around him. Together they help each other Margaux helps Danny on fashion and getting him to be more confident. Danny helps Margaux by showing what a family really is. "
