| Plot Summary of Fool Me Once |
"Olivia was always told by her loving father that her mother passed away during her birth but one day a lawyer came knocking on her door to tell her she actually just passed away and left her a fortune with a confession. Her mother robbed a bank before she was even married and Olivia is to track down her mothers two college friends and make them confess to robbing the bank and then get them to return all the money that was stolen.
The first thing that Celia had to do was confront her father and learn the truth about her mother. This was not easy because she felt betrayed for all the years of lies and missing out on a mother.
Celia then had to make the decision whether or not she wanted to get involved in the confession and track down the two college friends. After much thought and fact finding, Celia does decide to at least contact the women and make an attempt to get them to return the money.
While all of this is going on, Celia also seems to find a love interest that she never expected... a lawyer who is the handler of one of her favorite Yorkies that she photographs.
