Plot Summary of Betrayal
"The Solo and Skywalker clan find themselves on opposing sides of a brewing war. Fiercely independent Correllia has been secretly building a fleet and reactivated Centerpoint Station to assert its independence from the Galactic Alliance. The jedi, sworn to protect the GA must act. So Luke Skywalker sends his nephew, Jacen Solo, and his own son, Ben Skywalker on the dangerous mission of taking out Centerpoint Station.
The GA sends a task force out to Correllia to show the dissidents that they can't play games forever. (The Correllians want all the benefits of GA membership without helping their neighboring systems.) A spacefight breaks out and the GA admiral must save face by landing troops on Tralus, the fifth planet in the Correllian system at this time.
After taking out Centerpoint, Jacen and Ben along with the rest of the Skywalkers and Solos accompany representatives from Correllia and the GA to a peace conference that ends in disaster. Disaster being a bunch of assassins that take out both sides and leave even the Jedi fighting for their lives.
As much as he hates his cousin, Thracken Sal-Solo, Han Solo finds himself in the unenviable place of having to help him drive GA forces from Tralus. In order to cut down on collateral damage, Han and Wedge Antilles take on the mission to take back Tralus. This pits both men directly against their own daughters, who fly under the GA colors.

"Luke Skywalker is disturbed by Force-resonating images of a "man that does not exist"; an enemy whose power and cruelty reminds him of his own father, Darth Vader. This elusive enemy stalks Luke's thoughts, appearing only in vague premonitions and showing no true signs that he even exists in the here and now or in the future.
These images coincide with a very real threat to both his family and the galaxy at large; Corellia, homesystem of Han Solo, is calling for secession under the guise of "independence" from the Galactic Alliance. Luke and the Jedi Order, including Han's twin children Jacen and Jaina, are sworn to defend the alliance position. Leia, former New Republic leader and now a jedi knight, is caught in between her loyalty to the Order and the Alliance, and her husband's desire to defend his home planet.
Jacen, now a much older and unique Jedi Knight, is commissioned to deactivate Centerpoint Station, a gravity well larger than even the Death Star itself. Jacen, accompanied by his apprentice Ben Skywalker, journey to the station on a mission to stop the Corellians from using the mysterious station as a weapon to force their will upon the Alliance and possibly through the galaxy into endless civil war. What Jacen discovers about the Corellian plot, and most importantly who's behind it and why, will change the lives of all the major heroes, and will change the course of galactic history.
