Plot Summary of What Dreams May Come
"Taryn Edwards is having a really bad day! Her T-Bird has just broken down by the side of the road. She just witnessed her boyfriend and his secretary doing the nasty on his desk and she is at her wits-end. Her cell phone conks out while calling her best friend, while she is waiting for a tow truck. She decides to go over to a store to wait in the air conditioned space and stumbles upon a new books store where she meets the store owner, Esther. Eshter gives her a book to rekindle her dreams. This book is about a Hero from the middle ages named Sparhawk. She takes the book home and reads the first three chapters before falling asleep. She dreams of the hero in the book and when she awakes the next morning, she finds this "Hottie" in her bed.

Taryn finally figures out that this is not a stalker or a rapist that has appeared in her room and decides to help him out. He has been granted a 7 day window to stay in this century by a witch from his own time. But he is not fitting in as currently attired. He needs to lose the chainmail and get some clothes that fit the times. He and Taryn embark on a shopping trip to get him some new clothes, and wherever they go - woman stop and gawk at this fine specimin of a man.

Sparhawk finds modern America a wonderful and amazing place and would like to stay here. He finds that he truly adores Taryn and wants to stay with her forever but unforseen events may not allow this dream to come true. "
