| Plot Summary of Murder Walks The Plank: A Death on Demand Mystery |
" In this novel the main character Annie Darling, owns a bookstore specializes in mystery novels called Death on Demand. Other books in this series have featured Darling as the mystery solver by working together with husband Max to find solution to the multiple murders.
The novel starts off when Darling's bookstore has chartered a yacht and the guests are called to solve a fake mystery while on board but soon the fake mystery turns into reality when a young woman Pamela dies by falling overboard into the water. The cruise comes to a rapid halt when artificial mystery remains unsolved and the body count rises in the next few days. Now it's all up to Darling to investigate and solve multiple murder mystery. Darling get help from husband Max, notable local author Emma Lloyd, customer Henny Brawley, and Sister Rachel. The second body is that of Meg Heath, dowager recluse of the island society and widow of rich Duff Heath.
