Plot Summary of Tabitha and the Treacherous Tiger
"Tabitha, a twelve year old girl, has a friend named Peter. He shares with her a scary dream he has had: he saw enslaved children, abused and crying out for help. It turns out that the dream is true. Tabitha meets a stranger who tells her that there are children in trouble in a place called the Valley of Light, and she is the one to save them.

Tabitha is not a warrior, but she wants to help. She goes to the valley and encounters an evil tiger named Talon with an army of gremlocks. Talon has captured the children. Tabitha learns how to fight the gremlocks and, after a series of battles, confronts Talon himself. With a help of a friend, she defeats him and saves the children.
