Plot Summary of Rising Storm: Warriors #4
"For generations, four clans of wild cats have shared the forest according to laws laid down by their powerful ancestor clans. Fireheart has been chosen to be the deputy of ThunderClan. The former deputy Tigerclaw has been exiled because of his traitorous actions against his clan. Fireheart is concerned that Tigerclaw is still a threat, but he is busy learning his new duties as a deputy. The clan leader, Bluestar has become reclusive ever since she learned of Tigerclaw's betrayal, so more and more responsibility is resting on Firehearts shoulders. Then Bluestar starts to get more and more paranoid about disloyalty and betrayal in her clan. She stops taking an interest in their well being and begins to see treachery everywhere. Fireheart struggles to keep the clan safe, while concealing how unstable Bluestar has become. Then they discover two little warriors from ShadowClan in their territory. They are sick and have came to ThunderClan's territory hoping to receive help. Most of their clan is sick and there are not enough cats to hunt for food. Bluestar sends them home without giving them any help, because she thinks it's a trap. Meanwhile, there has been no rain for most of the summer, and the danger from a fire increases. Little does Fireheart know that Tigerclaw is not gone and he will use any opportunity, even a forest fire, to regain power. "
