Plot Summary of Fruit of the Poisoned Tree
"When Peggy Lee, botanist and owner of the Potting Shed, an urban gardener's paradise in downtown Charlotte, NC sees her friend die in a fiery crash off of an intertstate ramp, she has no idea that she will be involved in trying to find his killer and protect his wife from being arrested for the crime. Between trying to keep the Potting Shed alive in the winter months and take her Great Dane, Shakespeare, to obedience classes, Peggy's life is already full. "
