| Plot Summary of A Time for Dancing |
" Juliana and Samantha are two typical teens, the summer before their senior year. Julie begins to get a pain in her hip, and goes through 13 doctors to find out whats wrong. The 13th doctor (Doctor Connor) tells Julie she is diagnosed with cancer.
Julie becomes cranky as Sam struggles to keep their friendship in order. She trys to talk to Julie, but with all the chemo...Julie doesn't have enough time to phone Sam back.
Against Julies parents wishes, she decides to stop the Chemo. She then becomes ill again. She goes to see Doctor Connor again, and has to start the chemo back again. Doctor Connor promises Julie will not lose her hair, but she lied.
