| Plot Summary of Napoleon |
" Born on the island of Corsica on August 15, 1769, Napoleon was a sickly infant. His mother had spent the final months of her pregnancy wandering in the mountains as a refugee. Napoleon would only grow to a stature of 5 feet 6 inches tall, a short man with a giant ambition. Napoleonic warfare would be the standard practiced by every nation's military, until the American Civil War.
Napoleon would rise from his humble beginnings to become emperor of France. His desire was to become the ruler of the entire European continent, he was talented enough to accomplish this. Napoleon attempted to conquer Russia, but the harsh winters decimated his army, and he was forced to retreat back to France. He would be exiled to the island of Elba, only to make a triumphant return. His ambition had not diminished, nor had his arrogance. He would meet the Duke of Wellington at the battle of Waterloo for the final showdown."
