| Plot Summary of Here's Johnny! |
"Here's Johnny is basically a love letter from Ed McMahon to the late, great Johnny Carson. Encompassing their long career and friendship, the book opens up with Ed mourning the passing of his friend. It then goes on to tell how Ed started out on televison in Philadelphia and how that led to him getting an audition for Johnny's show. Then, in between some personal behind the scenes stories, the book then is crammed full of stories of Ed and Johhny's time on the Tonight Show. A short book filled with funny stories, anecdotes, and tid bits that will bring back fond memories of the great Johnny Carson."
