Plot Summary of Bitch Creek
"Stonewall Jackson Calhoun fled to Maine to start over. Having lost his memory as a result of being struck by lightning, he found that something called him to the north woods of Maine. Working as a fishing guide, he becomes involved with the beautiful owner of the guide shop where he works. When a good friend and co-worker disappears after filling in for Stony on a guide trip, Calhoun starts a search for him. That search leads to more mystery and intrigue, and results in his friends as well as himself being thrown into life-threatening situations as they unravel a sixty-year old murder mystery.

Filled with Tapply's appreciation for fishing and the outdoors of New England, this fast-paced mystery is the first in what promises to be a series featuring fishing guide/investigator Stony Calhoun."
